SOE Annual Meeting Highlights: A Glorious Night to Remember

Time flies, thirty years of trials and hardships; our original aspiration remains steadfast, and we forge ahead on a new journey. On January 30, 2026, the grand ceremony of SOE's 30th Anniversary & 2025 Annual Conference was successfully held. All colleagues from Jiaxing Chunmin and Jiaxing Leroad gathered together to attend SOE's glorious appointment and discuss a new chapter for future development.

2. Salute the Role Models, Witness the Glory

The annual conference held a grand ceremony to recognize outstanding teams and individuals of 2025.

The Leroad Taiwan Mass Production Team worked together in unity, solved technical problems one by one, overcame technical difficulties, and ensured the smooth transfer of mass production in Taiwan. As a well-deserved outstanding model, the team was awarded the Excellent Team Award.

A team from Jiaxing Chunmin has vividly demonstrated the quality philosophy of "striving for excellence" and delivered a perfect, all-round performance with "zero errors". The team has been honored on the "Quality Red and Black List".

With professionalism and perseverance, they embody the meaning of responsibility, demonstrate their true character of accountability, and shine bright in their professional roles. With concrete actions, they compose a vivid chapter of the corporate culture.

In recognition of their contributions, 6 employees including Gao Bo, Li Gongju, Zheng Youpo are awarded the Star Responsibility Award.

They demonstrate excellence in details and show ingenuity in perseverance. Working diligently and striving for perfection in blue-collar positions, they safeguard quality with craftsmanship and create value through hard work.

Four employees, namely Zheng Chenhao, Sun Yihui, Yang Yeye and Chang Fangyuan, are awarded the title of Craftsman Employee.

3. Full of fun, non-stop good luck

Interactive games such as the "Success Immediately - Balloon Challenge" and "Catch the Goose - PK Contest" were staged one after another. Employees signed up voluntarily and participated enthusiastically, releasing their energy to the fullest in each game session, with constant laughter and joy filling the venue.

Multiple rounds of lucky draws brought continuous surprises, and the atmosphere reached one climax after another. Each carefully prepared prize carries the company’s gratitude and best wishes to all employees.

The joy of winning is a glorious moment for every hard-working member.

4. Brilliant Bloom, Salute to Passion

The annual meeting also featured three high-quality talent performances.

There were gentle and touching instrumental pieces, as well as energetic songs, fully demonstrating the versatile side of the employees.

As night fell, the grand ceremony came to a successful conclusion in a warm and joyful atmosphere.

This annual meeting is not only a summary and tribute to SOE's 30 years of development achievements, but also a reward and gratitude to all employees for their hard work.

Standing at a new historical starting point, SOE will continue to uphold its original aspiration, march forward with courage and determination, and join hands with all colleagues to write an even more brilliant chapter on the new journey!
